Started a WhatsApp conversation at 7:45 PM, finished talking by 8:00 PM, and didn't even incur any costs. Bas is fantastic. I had a question about whether or not to reinforce the meter box in my apartment, and in just fifteen minutes, he not only helped me but also provided sound advice that kept me free. Reliable and quick to respond. Oh, and his name is Bas, so that helps too.
